Does Creatine + Electrolytes contain maltodextrin?
Our formula does not include added maltodextrin as a primary ingredient. However, some of the natural flavor components used in certain flavors may be spray-dried using a very small amount of maltodextrin as a powder carrier.
This means maltodextrin can be present in trace amounts as part of the natural flavor system, rather than being intentionally added as its own ingredient.
The amount is extremely small — around 500mg or half a gram — about the size of a tiny pinch.

Will maltodextrin impact blood sugar?
Because the amount present in each serving is less than half of a gram, the glycemic load is extremely low.
Based on standard glycemic load calculations, it would take approximately 22 sticks consumed at one time to approach what is considered a moderate glycemic impact.
That means the trace amount present in a single serving is considered nutritionally negligible and is not expected to meaningfully spike blood sugar for most individuals.
