Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.
Customers will receive reminder emails prior to each subscription order processing, and any requested changes must be submitted before the order is processed.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made.
We are able to edit or cancel orders as long as the order has not be fulfilled. Please reach out to the team as soon as possible — preferably when reminder emails are sent— to make an edit to an order.
Please note:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be edited or canceled.
Canceling a subscription DOES NOT cancel an order that has already been processed and/or fulfilled.
