To edit the frequency, flavor, or other subscription information, you can access your account via the Create Wellness website.
If you have completed a subscription cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email that the subscription has been cancelled. You must complete the entire cancellation process for your subscription to be fully cancelled.
If you don't see an active account under your email address, please reach out to the team as your account could potentially be under a different account, or your email address could have a typo.
If your subscription has been successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email, your subscription is likely still active and may require additional action to fully cancel.
